Nursing Caring provides home-based nursing and care services in Dhaka, Bangladesh, including home nursing, elderly and old-age care, baby and newborn care, patient attendants, post-surgery care, physiotherapy and on-call nursing support. The specific services provided will be agreed with you based on the patient’s needs.
Our services support care at home and do not replace emergency medical care or the advice of a doctor. In a medical emergency, call your local emergency services or go to the nearest hospital immediately. Our caregivers and nurses deliver care according to the agreed care plan and, where relevant, the instructions of the patient’s treating doctor. They do not replace your doctor, and decisions about medical treatment remain the responsibility of the patient and their physician.
You can request our services by phone, WhatsApp or through our website. A booking is confirmed once we have agreed the care required, the schedule and the applicable fees. We may assess the patient’s needs before confirming a booking to make sure we can provide appropriate care, and we reserve the right to decline or discontinue a service where we cannot safely or appropriately meet those needs.
We assign caregivers, attendants or nurses based on the patient’s needs and our assessment. We aim to provide continuity of care, but we may need to change or replace an assigned caregiver — for example, due to illness or availability. If you are not satisfied with an assigned caregiver, please let us know and we will work to resolve the matter, including arranging a replacement where appropriate.
Our fees depend on the type of care, the level of caregiver, the shift length and the duration, and are confirmed with you before the service begins. Prices shown on our website are indicative and may change. Payment terms are communicated at the time of booking, and payment is due as agreed. Additional or extended services may incur additional charges.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nursing Caring shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of our website or services. Our services are provided with reasonable skill and care, but we do not guarantee any specific medical outcome, as recovery and health depend on many factors beyond our control. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.
You agree to indemnify and hold Nursing Caring and its staff harmless from any claims, losses or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or from inaccurate or incomplete information you provide.
We handle personal and health information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Our caregivers and staff are expected to keep all patient information confidential.
The content on our website — including text, graphics, logos and images — belongs to Nursing Caring or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our consent. Articles and information on our website, including our blog, are provided for general information only and do not constitute medical advice; always consult a qualified professional for medical concerns.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
